Brotherhood in Christ was born out of one man’s calling—and a shared need among men to rise above passivity, comfort, and isolation. For over 14 years, Joel White has been coaching men to take personal responsibility and lead with purpose. With a background in psychology and advanced training from Liberty University, Joel’s passion has always been about more than fitness plans or time management hacks. It’s about helping men live out the legacy they were made for—intentionally, daily, and in full view of the people who matter most.
As a husband, father, coach, and professional sales leader in the construction industry, Joel has spent his life in the tension between the practical and the personal. He knows what it means to feel the pressure to provide, lead, and perform—and the pain of falling short. And that’s exactly why BIC exists: to help you stop drifting and start living on purpose.
